Welcome to Multan Girls’ Hostel. By residing with us, you confirm that you will abide by the rules and regulations made to maintain a secure, comfortable, and respectful atmosphere for all residents. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before arranging your accommodation.
1. Admission & Registration
- Admission in Multan Girls Hostel is on a first-come, first-served basis and on document verification.
- All residents are required to submit a valid CNIC or B-Form, as well as emergency contact information.
- A joining fee and a refundable security deposit need to be paid at the time of joining.
2. Room Allotment & Accommodation
- Rooms are assigned by management on the package chosen (Luxury, Standard, Economy).
- Changing or swapping of rooms by the residents is not permitted without prior sanction.
- Furniture, fixtures, and appliances made available by the hostel must be utilized sensibly. Any damage will be levied on the resident.
3. Fee Payment Policy
- Hostel fees must be paid in advance every month.
- Late payments may result in fines or suspension of services.
- Fees are non-refundable except for the refundable security deposit, which is returned at the time of leaving (after clearance).
4. Code of Conduct
- Respect for fellow residents, staff, and management is mandatory.
- Residents must maintain discipline and avoid any activity that disturbs others.
- Harassment, fights, or abusive language will result in serious action, including accommodation cancellation.
5. Visiting Rules
- Visitors are strictly not allowed in hostel rooms.
- Parents or guardians can visit only during visiting hours in the visitors’ area.
- Outsiders’ overnight stays are not allowed at all.
6. Safety & Security
- The hostel maintains 24/7 security for all residents’ safety.
- No excessive cash or valuables should be kept in the rooms.
- Suspicious behavior should be immediately reported to the management.
7. Meals & Facilities
- Mealtimes should be strictly adhered to. No special meals will be served unless booked in advance.
- Electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and other facilities are available as per the hostel package. Abuse of facilities will result in penalties.
8. Health & Cleanliness
- The residents are expected to maintain their rooms clean and well-organized.
- Any sickness should be reported immediately to arrange needed assistance.
- Smoking, alcohol, and narcotics are strictly prohibited within the hostel compound.
9. Rules for Leaving & Vacating
- A month’s notice should be provided before leaving Multan Girls Hostel.
- Refund of security money will only be done after due clearance and checking of the room condition.
10. Final Authority
- The decision-making authority of Multan Girls Hostel remains final in the event of conflict.
- Rules and regulations can be revised occasionally for the welfare of residents.
